About the Business
Locomotive is an omni-channel business communication tool based in Paris, France. With four years of experience, the company serves numerous businesses across the country. Clients, including dealerships, utilise the web application to streamline all customer communication channels into a single platform for their teams, encompassing phone calls, SMS, online messaging, reviews, payments, and more.
Objective
The objective is to overhaul the design of Locomotive, pinpointing areas for improvement in terms of user experience (UX). The aim is to construct a scalable design system that can facilitate the creation of new features in the future, even in the absence of a dedicated designer.
I collaborated closely with the team, including the co-founders and engineering team, over the course of a two-month design overhaul. The final design produced is both desktop and mobile responsive, catering to the needs of this feature-rich application.
Results and Impact
Implementation is currently underway, and I will update this portfolio once the final results are implemented and made public. This project is exciting and I look forward to sharing here in the future.
